Pugh, MAI, and David Floyd, Certified General, and shared office space and trained several other appraisers; experience is something money can't buy and is crucial to developing a good appraiser. Accurate and Reliable Appraisals & Reserve Studies/SIRS Reports
At JNB Appraisal Services & Reserve Studies, we pride ourselves on providing accurate and reliable appraisals and reserve studies trusted by banks, homeowners, and real estate professionals. After graduating from the University of Alabama with a B.S. in Business Management and Statistics, Joe started working for US Gypsum, marketing construction materials to suppliers, architects, and engineers, and was the top salesperson nationally, focusing on technical sales of USG products. Since getting licensed, joe received his Certified General Certification a few years later and has been appraising since 1993 in Alabama before relocating to Florida in 2021. In 2023, Joe added a new service related to his vast experience in construction, building, and inspection services, including Reserve Studies, Structural Integrity Reserve Studies, and Insurance Appraisals. Joe was trained by Patricia Staebler RS, SRA, internationally known for teaching and providing Reserve Studies and SIRS reports. Patricia has been considered the foremost expert in Reserve Studies for the past 30 years and is recognized as the best in the business.
